St. Paul is reducing business licensing fees, waiving vehicle towing charges and delaying street assessments until 2021 in an effort to provide financial relief to businesses and residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Xcel Energy crews gathered during the early morning shift change outside Regions Hospital, where they greeted healthcare workers with hand clapping and thank you's for their work on the front line during the coronavirus pandemic. More than 30 Xcel Energy trucks lined the street near Jackson and University Avenues with 40 plus Xcel Energy workers also lining the street outside the hospital.
