A large, dome of Arctic air will expand south and east through western andcentral Canada early this week before reaching the northern Plains bymidweek.Afternoon temperatures within this air mass will average 15-20 degrees belownormal.
The good news is that there will not be too much wind with the cold air, soRealFeel temperatures will not be too extreme.
