Options will include barbecued octopus ($5), a chicken liver bon bon ($1), steak tartare ($3), mini gyros ($3) and puffed chicken foot ($1).

“The bite-sized menu will allow our guests to eat and spend as much, or as little, as they like,” said co-owner David Walters. A short list of a la carte small plates ($8 to $19) also will be available.
