Underage consumption. A 20-year-old Tonka Bay man was cited for underage consumption at Reflections Road and Chesterfield Lane.

Check welfare. Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call in the 9300 block of Bechtold Road. They found that a child was playing with the phone.

APRIL 4
Theft. Coils valued at $15,000 were stolen from the 4400 block of W. 76th Street.
Robbery. Cash was stolen from Taco Bell, 3210 Southdale Circle.
APRIL 5
Weapon. A 24-year-old Edina man was arrested for unlawful discharge of a firearm in the 7400 block of Coventry Way.
EXCELSIOR
APRIL 16
Public drinking. A 24-year-old Greenwood man was arrested for giving officers a false name after they responded to a report of people drinking at Commons Park.
INDEPENDENCE
APRIL 2
Animal complaint. Two donkeys were reported in the road at County Roads 6 and 92. Officers arrived and learned that the owner had located them and taken them home.

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at a park, 2055 County Road 90. They located a man and his children, who were flying a kite.
APRIL 9
All-terrain vehicle complaint. Officers warned a 13-year-old boy about riding his all-terrain vehicle in the street in the 1000 block of Polo Club Road.
MAPLE GROVE
APRIL 5
Suspicious. A suspicious vehicle was reported backing into a driveway in the 13000 block of 94th Avenue. The driver was found to be delivering newspapers.

APRIL 4
Civil. An individual reported that seven headscarves were stolen from a business in the 5500 block of Pioneer Creek Drive. The reporting party was told it was a civil matter and not a theft.
MEDINA
APRIL 4
Locked out. A resident in the 4100 block of Cavanaugh Drive reported being locked out of her home and unable to reach her infant daughter inside. A locksmith was called and was able to gain entry.
PLYMOUTH
APRIL 11
Theft. Clothes valued at $100 were stolen from the laundry room of an apartment in the 2200 block of Shenandoah Lane.
RICHFIELD

Weapon. Officers responded to a report of two juveniles smoking marijuana at Washington Park, 7600 17th Av. S. A 16-year-old boy was arrested for possession of a stolen handgun, and a 12-year-old girl found to be a runaway was released to another law enforcement agency.
TONKA BAY

Assault. Officers responded to a report of a 911 hang-up call made from Northrup Avenue. A 24-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon.
