The man who was stabbed to death in Richfield on Sunday has been identified as Habibi Gessese Tesema, 48.
The Richfield resident was pronounced dead of multiple stab wounds at 5:10 a.m. by police officers and paramedics who had responded to a 911 call reporting an assault in progress at a home on the 7300 block of 12th Ave. S.
Two people were taken to the Richfield Police Department for questioning, with one transferred to the hospital for medical treatment.
Authorities are still investigating the incident. Richfield Police said they are not looking for any more suspects, and that there is no danger to the community.
