Theft. Two women were arrested for stealing scrap metal from a construction site on the 1400 block of 160th Lane NW.

SEPT. 18

Theft. Gas was siphoned from a vehicle parked in a driveway on the 15500 block of Crane Street NW.

SEPT. 21

Theft. Scrap metal was stolen from behind a business on the 16100 block of Round Lake Boulevard NW.

CIRCLE PINES

SEPT. 11

Theft. A bicycle was stolen in the 4200 block of Woodland Road. A suspect was caught and identified on surveillance. The bike was recovered and the owner did not wish pursue charges.

FRIDLEY

SEPT. 2

Suspicious person. An intoxicated 39-year-old man was found sleeping outside someone's home on the 6300 block of Pierce Street NE. The man was trying to get to his sister's house on the same block. Officers took him there and the sister agreed to care for him.

SEPT. 5

Medical. A 43-year-old woman was taken to the hospital after she was found huffing compressed air in the bathroom at Wal-Mart, 8450 University Av. NE.

HAM LAKE

SEPT. 5

Burglary. Copper was stolen from the basement of a home under construction on the 17700 block of National Street NE.

SEPT. 20

Property damage. Nuts and bolts were thrown into a wood chipper at a job site on the 16900 block of 7th Street NE.

LEXINGTON

SEPT. 13

Drunken driving. A 30-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving after officers found her passed out in the driver's seat of a vehicle on the 8900 block of Jackson Avenue.

LINWOOD TOWNSHIP

SEPT. 19

Theft. An all-terrain vehicle was stolen from an unsecured garage on the 23700 block of Sunrise Road NE. The keys to the ATV were attached the frame.

MOUNDS VIEW

SEPT. 9

Theft. A 35-year-old Coon Rapids man, a 28-year-old Anoka woman and a 30-year-old Watertown woman were arrested at Greenwood Drive and Long Lake for possession of stolen property after the driver was stopped for having no license plate and making evasive maneuvers.

SEPT. 12

Theft. A 1996 Honda Accord was stolen from the 7500 block of Greenfield Avenue.

SEPT. 14

Animal complaint. A woman was cited for failing to license her dog and allowing her dog to run at large after an officer observed the dog running loose on the 7700 block of Silver Lake Road.

SEPT. 16

Burglary. Copper wiring and a refrigerator were stolen from a vacant home on the 5100 block of Long Lake Road.

SEPT. 18

Theft. A groundhog lawn ornament was stolen from the 2200 block of Chesire Circle.

OAK GROVE

SEPT. 22

Rescue. Several agencies helped in rescuing three duck hunters on Rice Lake whose boat was sinking and boat motor was not working. An airboat was used to retrieve the boat and hunting gear.

RAMSEY

SEPT. 3

Property damage. Two large potted plants were taken from a porch and thrown on a roof on the 15600 block of Juniper Ridge Drive NW.

ST. ANTHONY

SEPT. 21

Burglary. A gun was stolen from a home on the 3000 block of 31st Avenue.
