Birds to the rescue

A cure for depression and anxiety, so they say

Depressed? Anxious? (Aren't we all?)

From CNN comes a report that an hour's walk in a natural setting, a park or reserve, can improve symptoms of depression and anxiety. I'd guess that even 30 minutes would help.

It's the birds, of course. Just watching birds from your kitchen window can make a difference.

Take a hike. Buy a bird feeder. Feel better.
