Finally, rosé season is nigh (except for those of us who enjoy it in every season). A swell way to launch the occasion is with the 2014 Guy Saget la Petit Perrierre Rosé of Pinot Noir ($12). It's tempting to hum "Strawberry Fields Forever" while sipping this fresh and refreshing gem. (Actually it might be more prudent to hum it between sips.) This light pink French wine is pretty on the nose and palate and bolder on the finish. The lovely acidity make it one of those rosés that goes with most anything short of a slab of beef; spring salads and grilled tuna are great places to start.

Available at Liquor Boy, Stinson, 1st Grand, McDonald's, the Edina munis and others.
