High pressure will dominate across much of the West today. This will set upa warm and dry flow to the west of the Rocky Mountains, and sunshine willabound throughout the entire region. Temperatures will reach into the 60s inOregon, Washington and western Idaho, while the mercury will read over 70 inparts of northern California.However, the sunny and dry weather will not last. A storm system will slowlycreep towards the region over the next couple of days and will send rainthrough California by Tuesday.
