A St. Paul bike shop has been taking customers for an unwanted ride lately, according to the Better Business Bureau. The bureau said that 26 complaints have been lodged against Green Tire Bike Shop, 1213 Randolph Av. , in the past three weeks, mostly related to non-delivery of products ordered online. A BBB spokesman said the company failed to return phone calls. An Oregon man told Whistleblower that he never received his order, despite his credit card being charged and his many attempts to contact the store. Dozens of online reviews echo his experience. A Green Tire spokesperson attributed the problems to faulty software and said that "we changed processing software" and "we are working every day to refund or fulfill."
