Northern Plains, Midwest Endure a Cold Blast

Cold air following a storm currently in the Midwest will dive southward fromthe northern Plains today into the southern Plains and Southeast. The core ofthe cold will remain over the Dakotas and Minnesota, where temperatures willhover in the teens and low 20s.While this is not the coldest that the region has endured this winter, thesetemperatures will still be several degrees below normal. Gusty winds will makeit feel even colder. AccuWeather.com RealFeel temperatures will linger nearzero in spots into this morning.
