Drugs. Officers responded to a parking lot on the 1100 block of Ulysses Street NE. regarding a suspicious vehicle. A 27-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

Disorderly conduct. A 13-year-old boy was cited for disorderly conduct on the 6000 block of 109th Avenue.

Theft. A bicycle was stolen from the 11600 block of Quebec Avenue.

Drugs. Two boys, ages 16 and 17, were arrested for possession of marijuana on the 10900 block of Colorado Avenue.

Fraud. A woman in the 1400 block of Larpenteur Avenue reported the fraudulent use of her credit card for $28.03, even though she was still in possession of the card. Her bank canceled the card and reimbursed her.
NOV. 11
Juvenile arrest. A 17-year-old male was arrested and cited for possession of tobacco by a minor and speeding in the area of Larpenteur and 33rd avenues. His mother was notified and he was released.
FRIDLEY
NOV. 18
Suspicious vehicle. Officers observed a suspicious vehicle on the 400 block of 71st Avenue NE. There were two occupants in the vehicle. A 15-year-old girl was transported home by officers and the 18-year-old man was released from the scene.

Theft. A dog was stolen from the 5900 block of 7th Street NE.
LAUDERDALE
NOV. 11
Traffic arrest. A driver in the area of Larpenteur Avenue and Hwy. 280 was arrested and cited on suspicion of driving after suspension, failure to dim lights and a child seat restraint violation.

Unruly customers. Several people trying to buy tobacco at a convenience store in the 1000 of Wildwood Road reportedly became upset when they were refused for being too young.

Suspicious situation. A woman was reported walking around properties in the 900 block of Warner Avenue S. Authorities contacted the woman, a home health care attendant, who was trying to find an address in the 900 block of Warner Avenue N.
MAPLEWOOD

Domestic assault. Police, responding to check on the welfare of a woman and child screaming in the 1700 block of Village Trail, arrested a 24-year-old man for domestic assault.
ST. ANTHONY
NOV. 15
Tobacco violation. A 16-year-old boy was cited for possession of tobacco at St. Anthony High School, 3303 33rd Av. NE., after 17 cigars were found in his locker. He lit up a cigar in front of the teacher after being advised to go to the office.
WOODBURY
NOV. 6
Suspicious activity. A woman at Target, 7200 Valley Creek Plaza, reported a man following her around the store while she shopped and twice brushing up against her inappropriately in an aisle. The store had video of him following her around but was unable to obtain an ID of the male. The store's security employee told police he was aware of several similar reports.
