We have seriously underrated Hugh Jackman's acting chops. Because he delivered this line with total serious and sincerity on WWE's "Monday Night Raw", with YouTube video above: "Hosting the Oscars was cool, but the Oscars isn't in front of 50,000 screaming fans in Cleveland!" So you remember that, Eddie Murphy, next year's Oscar host.
It has been a while since we paid attention to WWE. So we won't pretend to understand all that went on here. But it was quite the promotion for Jackman's "Real Steel," opening Oct. 7.
