Valentine's Day means one thing around here at Vita.mn: Time to set about the grueling, thankless task of identifying the Twin CIties' sexiest people. Hey, we do it because we care - and to prove that our cities are loaded with attractive, interesting and just plain awesome people. For our third annual Hotness, you nominated 151 delicious men and women on www.vita.mn. Twelve finalists were selected through online voting, and the Vita.mn Hotness Committee took it from there. Poor us.

This year our boy and girl Hotness winners are a very musical pair: She works at a legendary downtown nightclub, and he plays in a buzzing area band. But those jobs only begin to describe Becca Bates, a beguiling slice of Jenny Lewis-style spunk ("She's hipster-boy kryptonite," declared one of our judges), and Justin Plank, an engimatic, not-so-bad boy who might have just stepped off the set of "Twilight." Both deserve their 2010 Hotness crowns - but as you'll see from our 10 runners-up the competition was fierce.
