For the second time this season, there was doubt about whether Percy Harvin would play in a game. And for the second time Harvin is going to give it a go.

Harvin, who suffered a shoulder injury last week at St. Louis and was listed as questionable on the injury report, will be active for today's game against the Baltimore Ravens. Harvin did not practice on Wednesday but was able to do limited work on Thursday and Friday.

Harvin battled migraine headaches in the days leading up to the Vikings' victory over San Francisco in Week 3 but was able to play and returned a kickoff 101 yards for a touchdown. Harvin is third on the Vikings with 18 receptions for 233 yards with two touchdowns.

Rookie right tackle Phil Loadholt will return after missing last week's game against St. Louis because of an ankle injury.

The Vikings inactives include cornerback Asher Allen; running back Albert Young; linebacker Erin Henderson; center Jon Cooper; wide receiver Darius Reynaud (hamstring); defensive end Jayme Mitchell; and defensive tackle Letroy Guion. Sage Rosenfels is the Vikings' third quarterback.

For the second consecutive week, Ravens left tackle Jared Gaither is inactive because of a neck injury. That means rookie Michael Oher will move from right to left tackle and spend the day going up against Vikings Pro Bowl right end Jared Allen. Marshal Yanda will start at right tackle.

Also inactive for the Ravens are wide receiver David Tyree; running back Jalen Parmele; linebacker Antwan Barnes; tackle Oniel Cousins; nose tackle Kelly Talavou; and linebacker/defensive end Paul Kruger. John Beck is the third quarterback.
