Windom girls' hockey coach Shawn Veenker pulled goalie Brooklyn Drahota from a game Thursday night at New Ulm, which will allow her to reach the 5,000-save career mark on Monday at home against Waseca.

Drahota had 15 saves Thursday, putting her at 4,996 in her career. She is a senior at Jackson County Central, which is paired with Windom for girls' hockey.
