Michael Rand started RandBall with hopes that he could keep lies from conquering the minds of the weak. So far, he's only succeeded in using the word "redacted" a lot. He welcomes suggestions, news tips, links of pure genius, and pictures of pets in Halloween costumes here, though he already knows he will regret that last part.

Jeff Dubay, formerly the co-host of the popular 9-noon show with Paul Allen on KFAN, will go head-to-head with Allen next week. Dubay, whose drug addiction cost him his KFAN job -- something he opened up about earlier this year -- will be co-hosting all week from 9-noon on 1500-am with Judd Zulgad, according to a tweet from Dubay.
Grateful to ESPN 1500 for the opportunity. Tune in 9-noon all next week and check out my on air audition with Judd. #iwantthis!
