Former Minneapolis South star Tayler Hill scored 18 points to lead the Washington Mystics to an 89-63 victory over the Lynx in an exhibition game Wednesday in Landover, Md.
Hill was one of five players in double-figures for the Mystics.
Lindsay Whalen and rookie Reshanda Gray led the Lynx with 10 points while Maya Moore was held to only seven in the first of two exhibitions for the Lynx before the regular starts on june 5 against Tulsa.
Washington led 43-42 at halftime but broke open the game in the third quarter with a 21-9 run.
The Lynx commited 21 turnovers.
On Monday, the Lynx will play the New York Libery at Target Center in their second exhibition.
