Who’s up James Franco not only stars in the No. 1 movie, but is getting reviews like this one for his brain-fried drug dealer in “Spring Breakers”: “A triumph of charismatic dopiness … that singlehandedly hauls the movie up a star or two.”

Who’s down Warner Bros. has suffered two bombs in a row with “Jack the Giant Slayer” and “The Incredible Burt Wonderstone,” which earned only $3.7 million in its opening weekend.
