In the St. Michael area, several vehicles are off to the right shoulder on eastbound 94 near Hwy. 241. Looks like some kind of police activity.
You'll still find tight traffic on westbound Hwy. 36. It's 27 minutes from Rice Street to downtown Minneapolis.
Southbound Hwy. 169 remains crowded with 35 minutes needed from 94 to Hwy. 7.
