Friday-Saturday: The 18th annual fundraiser for the Basilica of St. Mary features several popular returnees, including the Avett Brothers, the punk-meets-bluegrass boys who will preview their forthcoming album, and Train, which is full-steam-ahead with "Drive By" and the enduringly catchy "Hey Soul Sister." Los Angeles' retro soulsters Fitz & the Tantrums are back for the second consecutive year, and rockers Cake and O.A.R. return as well. The hot newcomers are the Lumineers, the Denver folk-rockers behind the hit "Ho Hey," and Seattle's the Head and the Heart of "Lost in My Mind" fame. (5 p.m. Fri.-Sat. Basilica of St. Mary, 17th St. & Hennepin Av. S., Mpls., $45 for one day, $80 for both days, ticketmaster.com 1-800-745-3000.)
