The Twins announced that they've added outfielder Oswaldo Arcia, righthanded reliever Carlos Gutierrez and lefthander Tyler Robertson to their 40-man roster.
They also trimmed righthander David Bromberg from their 40-man roster, outrighting him to Class AAA Rochester.
The Twins also announced that they've signed former Angels reliever Jason Bulger to a minor-league deal. Bulger, 33, has recorded 138 strikeouts in 133 career major league innings, but he's also issued 75 walks.
He went 6-1 with a 2.88 ERA in 64 games for the Angels in 2009 but was limited to 25 appearances because of a shoulder issue in 2010.
After making the Opening Day roster last year, Bulger was designated for assignment and went to Class AAA Salt Lake, where he posted a 4.03 ERA in 35 appearances, with 49 strikeouts (and 17 walks) in 38 innings.
