Updated with video from "The View." Update 2: Fox News interview.

With his book "Courage to Stand" hitting stores Tuesday, former Gov. Tim Pawlenty is on a media blitz in New York, appearing on ABC's "Good Morning America," "The View," CNN's "Parker/Spitzer," and Comedy Central's "The Daily Show," among others.

The question he's been asked at every stop so far is about the Arizona shooting and 2008 Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin's "crosshairs" map. Pawlenty has defended Palin, saying there's no evidence her map had anything to do with what happened. But he also has said "it wouldn't have been my style" to make a map with crosshairs.
