Details: An office-warehouse for turbine servicer TurbinePros — the first phase of a new industrial park in Rogers — has been granted approval by the city.

Both the conditional use permit for the 30,000-square-foot building and the site plan for the 33-acre Launch Park Rogers were given the thumbs-up by the City Council at its April 22 meeting.

As the first element of Launch Properties' new master-planned park, TurbinePros will be moving to the site from its current business across Hwy. 101 from 14295 James Road. The facility includes 21,090 square feet of warehouse space and 8,910 square feet of office space with room for a future 19,920-square-foot expansion.

TurbinePros, which provides repair services for power turbines throughout North America, will use the new building as its headquarters to house executive staff, project managers and support staff.

A May groundbreaking is expected with a fall 2014 occupancy date set.

The remaining three lots at Launch Park are envisioned for a build-to-suit, 205,920-square-foot bulk distribution center with 32-foot clear heights, and a pair of office-warehouse buildings with a total of 131,500 square feet of space.
