A husband and wife in their early 30s were identified Thursday as the couple found shot to death in a Rosemount apartment.
Authorities are calling it a case of murder-suicide, and they said the wife was the shooter.
The bodies of Steven Lee Vasey Jr., 32, and Melissa Vasey, 31, were discovered late Tuesday afternoon at their home in the 2900 block of 146th Street W., according to police.
Steven Vasey was shot several times, and Melissa Vasey suffered "a self-inflicted gunshot wound," police said in a statement.
There were no indications at the scene of a struggle between the couple, police said, adding that their records indicate no prior calls to the residence.
