Nobody is moving more than 5 miles per hour on westbound Hwy. 36. Traffic stacks up at Hwy. 61 and it's bumper to bumper over to 35W. Much of that mess can be blamed on a multi-car crash in the commons where 35W and Hwy. 280 run together.
Westbound 94 remains plugged from 35E over to Hwy. 280. A pair of wrecks at Cretin Avenue and Prior Avenue have lanes blocked.
