PICADILLO-STUFFED MATZO BALLS

Makes 12 matzo balls.

Note: From Cara’s Cravings; picadillo recipe from Eating Well.

For the picadillo:

1/2 lb. lean ground turkey breast

• 1/2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

• 1/2 small onion, chopped

2 tbsp. chopped green onions, divided

• 1 garlic clove, minced

• 1 tsp. chili powder

• Scant 1/2 tsp. dried oregano

• Scant 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

• 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
