To help, the social network says it will begin surfacing popular tweets at the top of users' timelines (even if they're hours old). It's calling the function Recap. Facebook has long organized its feed with popular posts at the top — a practice that is often criticized. Guaranteed: If Twitter's new idea faces any unrest, you'll hear about it in your feed — Recap or not.
