Northbound Cedar Avenue was improving after an earlier crash at Cliff Road cleared. But now a new wreck at the Minnesota River bridge has nixed that. Things stack up coming up from Hwy. 13.
Another hot spot is on southbound Hwy. 100 at Benton Avenue in Edina. The activity is on the right shoulder.
Look out for a disabled vehicle on northbound 35E at Randolph Avenue. That is not having too much of an impact on traffic. The drive is actually looking pretty good from 494 to downtown St. Paul.
