Six different Twins pitchers have made at least 16 starts this season. Entering play Tuesday, five of them had ERAs between 3.96 and 4.10. The outlier was Phil Hughes, who wasn't far off at 4.43.


I've been saying all season that Game X is "important" or one the Twins "can't afford to lose." Well, now I really mean it. Every game from here on out -- including Wednesday's doubleheader - is basically a must-win. Twins at Indians, 3 p.m., FSN.
