Thursday Washout in the Northeast

June 16, 2009 at 9:25PM

Summerlike weather continues to be a no-show in the Northeast, as another ina series of storm systems will impact the region late Wednesday throughThursday. The combination of the soaking rain and a cool, damp wind off the AtlanticOcean will create a downright miserable day across Northeast on Thursday, especially from upstate New York and western New England down to New Jersey.

Afternoon temperatures in most areas will fail to get out of the 60s, butalong the coast, the rain and wind will make it feel even cooler than that.
