Phenow Arne Phenow, age 83, of Osseo. Former Councilman and Mayor of Osseo. Member of the Osseo Lions. 37 year member of the Osseo Fire Dept. and lifelong member of the Knights of Columbus #09139. Preceded in death by parents, Peter Sr. & Nellie; brothers, Earl, Harold, and Peter. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great- grandfather. Survived by his wife of 61 years, Bea; children, Nancy (James) DeChene, Big Lake, Alan, Osseo, Terry (fiancee Renee), Osseo, Peggy Moran, Alexandria, Jamie (Kathy), Sauk Rapids; 11 grandchildren; 4 great -grandchildren; brother, Tom, Osseo; sister, Alice Von Ende, Osseo; sister-in-law, Nettie Phenow, Osseo. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Monday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 9100 93rd Ave. N. Interment St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery. Visitation 4-8 PM Sunday at the church.
