Moffatt, Jennifer Elizabeth of Edina, Minnesota was born Easter Sunday, March 30, 1997 and passed away unexpectedly on Thanks-giving, November 23, 2017. Jennifer is survived by her loving parents, Daniel and Debra and her six siblings, Odysseas, Marianna, her triplet brothers, Patrick and Daniel, Megan and Brian. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Charlotte Zimmer of Bloomington, Minnesota and grandfather William Moffatt of Boynton Beach, Florida. Jennifer was deeply loved by the staff and classmates in the Edina Schools, her friends at Circle of Friends at Mount Olivet Church in Minneapolis and the athletes and coaches with Minnesota Special Olympics. She was part of the disability theater group, Theater for All at Edina High School directed by Lisa Hanson of New Hope, MN and Jessica Froehlich of Richfield, MN. Theater for All participated in the 2016 International Thespian Festival in Lincoln, Nebraska and was the only inclusive program to participate. Edina's Theater for All serves as model for inclusive theater. Jennifer was also an advocate for people with disabilities and worked to bring awareness to emergency services in Edina. Jennifer was the 2017 Miss Amazing Teen Queen and represented Minnesota in the national competition. Most of all, Jennifer loved completely all she met and will be missed by all who loved her. Visitation will be between 6-8pm Friday, December 1st at Washburn-McReavy in Edina followed by funeral mass at Our Lady of Grace Church in Edina at 10:30 AM Saturday, Dec. 2nd.
