Cook, Janet Lee age 77, of Eden Prairie, formerly of Belleville and East Saint Louis, IL, passed October 28, 2016. She is preceded in death by her sisters Doris Latta and Melba Foster. She is survived by her children, Diane Khwice, David (Rosemary) Hattenbach and Sharon (Rick) Sievers; grandchildren, Sam & Ben Khwice, Hayden & Max Hattenbach, and Jack & Emily Sievers; and many other loving relatives and friends. She was the world's best grandma! A service will be held Thursday, November 3 at 11:00 am at Huber Funeral Homes, Eden Prairie with a visitation at 10:00 am. Memorials preferred to Alzheimer's Foundation (alzfdn.org).
