Survived by son, Gary Fosland and wife, Susan; daughter-in-law. Kathy Fosland; grandchildren, Sherry Fosland, Bryon Fosland, Joshua Fosland, Jonathan Fosland and Andrea Williams; 9 great-grandchildren. Service Thursday, ( Feb. 20 ), at 1:00 PM at Lutheran Church of the Atonement, 601 E. 98th Street, Bloomington. Interment at Ft. Snelling. Visitation is one hour prior to the service at the Church.
