Iverson, Karl J. Age 32, of Lamberton, MN, formerly of Edina, MN, died unexpectedly January 17, 2014. Karl was a graduate of Edina High School and Augsburg College. He was employed as a research assistant with Southwest Research and Outreach Center (SWROC), University of Minnesota- Lamberton. Karl was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend who lost his long and fierce battle with depression. All who knew him loved his kind spirit, gentle soul, constant compassion for others, strong faith and big smile. His spirit lives on through his parents, Tom and Paula Iverson; sisters, Marit (George) Hansen and Anne Iverson (Andrew Huseby); nephews and niece, Magnus and Talla Hansen, and August Huseby. Preceded in death by grandparents, Donald J. Iverson, O. Marie Iverson, Earl W. Jones, and Genevieve E. Jones; and uncle, Sheldon R. Hoffman.
