Walker, Shirley Mae (Anderson) age 87, of Richfield, passed away with her family at her side May 4, 2016. Preceded in death by husband, Robert H. Walker; daughter, Christine Pfister; sons-in-law, Paul Pfister and Rich Hiner; brother-in-law, Jack Walker and sister-in-law, Beryl Ruesch. Survived by children, Cheryl Hiner, Paul Walker (Jann), Candy Simerson (Hugh) and Bruce Walker (Connie); grandchildren, Joel Lindgren (Elle), Eric Lindgren (Mallory), Brian Walker, Nicole Pfister, Adam Lindgren (Ellie), Dan Pfister, Becky Walker, Mark Lindgren, Kristine Lindgren, Kelly Hiner and Megan Hiner; great-grandchildren, Alyssa Lindgren, Gabriel Lindgren and Rutledge Lindgren; sister Gloria Hibbard (Bill); sister-in-law, Marge Walker.Shirley will be remembered for her wonderfully positive attitude and great sense of humor as well as her deep faith and love of her family. She truly liked and was interested in everyone she met. She volunteered her time for many years at St. John's Lutheran Church and then, later at Augsburg Park Library. She loved bright colors and bling and would love celebrating her life this way at her funeral. Service Wednesday, June 1, at 1:00 PM at St. John's Lutheran Church, 49th St. and Nicollet Ave. S, Mpls.
