Goodwin, Freddie Age 82 of Gig Harbor, WA, passed away peacefully February 19th, 2016. Preceded in death by his infant daughter Lynda, his parents (Bill, Hilda), and sister Bessie. Freddie was born in Manchester, England: played professional soccer for Manchester Utd and Leeds Utd, professional cricket for Lancashire, and was coach for Scunthorpe, Brighton, and Birmingham City. He moved to America to be President/Coach of the Minnesota Kicks, coach Tacoma Stars, and later own a travel agency on Vashon Island, WA. His greatest loves were his family, competitive activities, travel and watching Manchester Utd games. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 59 years, Sylvia, sons Neil (Barbara) and Roger (Jana): grandchildren Trevor, Ian, and Nathan; sister Joyce (Bob). Private family services to be held. Memorials preferred to the donor's favorite charity.
