Perkins, Jeffrey Wayne "Jeff" Age 61, of Champlin, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2024, surrounded by his family after a courageous and hard fought 12 year battle against cancer. Preceded in death by his mother, Gail Perkins; grandmother, Evelyn "Nanny" L'Amie. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 30 years, Cindi Perkins; daughters, LaChele (Jamie) Roberson, Jena Revering; son, Ben (Courtney) Revering; grandchildren, Zachery, Nicholas, Madison, Joseph, Adaline; father, Wayne (Leslie) Perkins; siblings, Jon (MaryBeth) Perkins, Jim (Jesse) Perkins. Jeff will also be remembered by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Jeff was an avid fisherman and enjoyed golfing and hunting. Above all, spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren was his greatest joy in life. In lieu of flowers, memorials requested to his family.
