Arnold 'Jim' Affeldt

Affeldt, Arnold "Jim" Age 83, passed away peacefully at his home in Chaska. Survived by his wife, Carol; children: Jodi (Brad) Lockwood of Ortonville, MN, Erika (Bill) Ehrich of Onamia, MN, Daniel (Lisa) Affeldt of Stillwater, MN, and Gretchen (Nolan) Schoening of Shakopee, MN; and 7 grandchildren: Kami Ehrich, Cullin, Isabelle, Thomas, and Noah Affeldt, Owen and Mason Schoening; brothers Robert (Sheri) and Craig (Janna); along with many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Arnold and Dorothy Affeldt, and grandson, Marcus Affeldt. Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2:00 PM at St. John's Lutheran Church, Fourth and Oak Street, Chaska. There will be a gathering time from 1:00 - 2:00 PM at the church and a luncheon following the service. Donations to St. John's Lutheran Church in lieu of flowers preferred. bertasfh.com
