Llynda Esther (Edberg) Rhoades

Rhoades (Edberg), Llynda Esther was born on Aug. 14, 1946 in Minneapolis, MN to E. Gideon and Lydia E. (Sodeman Nielsen) Edberg. She passed away peacefully on Nov. 27, 2021 at her home in Eden Prairie, MN. As a 1968 graduate of Mankato State College, her life's work ranged from serving as a librarian in St. Anthony Schools, owning her own business, and culminating in 19 years with the US Postal Service. Llynda was meticulous in everything from her appearance, being an accomplished seamstress, crafting, refinishing furniture, to creating beauty all around. Everyone loved her. While experiencing health challenges, she remained kind, gracious, and loving to the end. She is now home with her Lord. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Jim, and other beloved family. A celebration of life will be held on Sat., Dec. 11, at WashburnMcReavy Funeral Chapel, 7625 Mitchell Rd., Eden Prairie, MN. Visitation 10:00 a.m. with funeral service 11:30 a.m. Luncheon to follow.
