Cummins, Charles E. age 75, of Plymouth, lost his battle with frontotemporal dementia on May 2, 2021. Preceded in death by wife Pam Cummins and parents Bernice and William Cummins. He is survived by; his daughters, Katie Cummins and Christina (Jimmy) Coulas; grandchildren Piper and Parker Coulas; sister, Sharon (Skip) Eddleston, brothers; Tom (Barb) Cummins, and Bob (Joan) Cummins. Many nieces and nephews. Charlie grew up in Brainerd where he excelled in sports and academics. He loved playing baseball, basketball, and football in high school. He attended UMD for his undergrad and the University of Minnesota for his Masters. He was the Executive Director of Choice, Inc for 38 years. While at Choice, he met his wife Pam. Charlie was a devoted husband and cared for his wife while she battled MS. He was a extraordinary father to his two daughters and loved spending time with his two grandchildren. Charlie was an excellent golfer and played all over the country. He was loved by his family and many lifelong friends.
