Folwarski, Gerald Paul Age 65, of Maple Grove, passed with dignity at home surrounded by his family on June 22 after a courageous battle with cancer. Preceded in death by his two four-legged companions, Jake and Ellie. Jerry is survived by his devoted wife of 43 years, Bev; daughters Kelley (Ryan) Green, Lindsey (Travis) Morin, and Bethany Folwarski; six grandsons Maxwell, Owen, Weston Green, and Andrew, Lucas, Bradley Morin; parents Frank and Joyce Folwarski; sisters Pat, Sue, Sandy; countless relatives and friends. Visitation from 3:00 PM until the time of service at 5:00 PM on Monday, July 2, 2018 at BROOKLYN UNITED METHODIST CHURCH ( 7200 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Center).
