It seems just as one storm begins to end across the Northwest, another has itssights set on the region. Rain and snow showers will slowly end in most areasthrough the day today as moisture from the previous storm exits.Late in the day along northern coastal California and much of coastal Oregon, rain will begin to move in as the next storm in the series arrives. This stormwill be a hard-hitter with moderate to heavy rain from central British Columbiato central California; heavy snow will fall in the mountains.
In addition to the rain, there will be a strong wind battering the coastlinewith gusts topping 40 mph right through Friday afternoon.
