Here is a snapshot of the beast Friday. Expect snow across the centralPlains... Not too much, but enough to cause poor travel conditions. Somewhatfarther to the south there will be a mix of precipitation, which will probablygo over to all snow before ending. The rain across the South will mean business. As much as 3 or 4 inches of waterwill be dumped on Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama, causing flooding inlow-lying areas.
Think all this is bad? Watch what happens farther east Friday and Saturday. Themid-Atlantic region is going to be subjected to its third major snowfall of theseason.
