TMZ reports that the case against Lindsay Lohan has some problems. Okay. The real issue is whether she was dressed appropriately for yesterday's court appearance. We'll go out on a limb and say no:

The pictures from the courtroom contained the usual expressions from the accused. Wary suspicion that the press may not entirely be on her side . . .
