Man arrested after fatal shooting at Minnetonka park-and-ride ramp

A 25-year-old Columbia Heights man was arrested early Saturday on suspicion of murder after the fatal shooting of another man at a Minnetonka park-and-ride ramp, according to Minnetonka police.
