Theft. A 19-year-old Wayzata man was cited for theft after he was caught shoplifting at Mills Fleet Farm, 1935 Levi Griffin Road.

FEB. 12

Drugs. A 20-year-old Ramsey man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at Highway 41 and Chaska Road.

Property damage. Damage was reported to soccer goals and a field at Flying Cloud Fields, 15219 Pioneer Trail.

FEB. 8

Drugs. A 21-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 7100 block of France Avenue.

FEB. 10

Theft. A Bloomington woman, 45, was arrested for theft of services valued at $240 at Spalon Montage, 3909 W. 49-1/2 St. She received a cut and color but said she didn't have the money to pay for it.

FEB. 12

Drunken driving. A 40-year-old Eden Prairie man was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop at Highway 62 and Shaky Oak Road.

FEB. 10

Weapon. A 44-year-old Salt Lake City man was arrested for possession of an electronic incapacitation device, drunken driving and obstructing the legal process after officers approached his vehicle because of loud music on 3rd Avenue.

INDEPENDENCE

FEB. 5

Animal complaint. A resident in the 1100 block of County Road 92 reported finding three pigs in his backyard. Officers arrived and were unable to locate the pigs.

Suspicious vehicle. Officers stopped at a vehicle parked off the road at Hwy. 55 and Willow Drive. The driver said they were watching an eagle and that she had to adjust her children's car seats.

Illegal burning. A resident in the 400 block of County Road 110 was issued a citation for burning without a permit.

Plymouth

FEB. 10

Tobacco violation. Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at 34th Avenue and Kilmer Lane. Two 15-year-old boys were cited for possession of tobacco.

FEB. 12

Curfew violation. A 17-year-old boy was cited for violating curfew after he was stopped for a vehicle equipment violation at Lancaster Lane and 36th Avenue N.

FEB. 13

Robbery. Officers responded to a report of a robbery at Burger King, 10000 Cty. Road 9. Two suspects entered the restaurant, displayed handguns and stole money from the safe.

RICHFIELD

FEB. 1

Drugs. Officers located a suspicious vehicle at Motel 6, 7640 Cedar Av. S. They arrested a 26-year-old Fridley man for possession of cocaine and giving a false name to a police officer, a 38-year-old Minneapolis man for possession of methamphetamine and giving a false name to a police officers and a 32-year-old South St. Paul woman for possession of drug paraphernalia.
