Why the surprise at our representatives' logical decision to skip our town halls ("Town hall meetings lose their liveliness," Sept. 2), now that we've turned them into "town hells" of yelling from right and left? It's past time our species finished its potty training and admitted that "ad hominem" is "bad hominem."
