Irish Cod/ fish Cobbler

• 1 1/2 lb Skinless filets of cod or de-boned northern pike
• 2 oz Butter
• 2 oz Flour
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 3 1/2 oz Grated cheese


Place filets in the bottom of a round oven dish. Make a cheese sauce with butter, flour, milk and grated cheese: pour over fish.

Bake in a hot oven (450 F) for 25-30 minutes
